The “Profiled Email” service is a new process designed to help candidates who have lost their SIM cards or need to update their email address on the JAMB platform.
This service allows candidates to add a new email address to their profile, which can be used to access various features and services on the platform.
STEPS TO IMPLEMENT THE PROFILED EMAIL SERVICE
Step 1: OBTAIN AND COMPLETE THE TEMPLATE
To start the process, candidates need to visit an accredited CBT center and request the required template (TEMPL 006).
The candidate will then complete the template by filling in the necessary details, such as:
✓Registration Number
✓Phone number
✓Profile code
✓New email address (which must not have been used on the JAMB platform before).
The candidate will also sign a declaration/attestation section on the template to affirm their responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
