According to the information released on the application programme, the application window opened on September 30, 2026, and will close on October 20, 2026.

Who can apply?
Applicants for the Gombe State Government Scholarship are expected to meet the following requirements:
– Must be an indigene of Gombe State.
– Must be enrolled in, or have gained admission to, an accredited tertiary institution.
– Must meet the required academic performance or CGPA criteria.

Scholarship benefits

– PhD, MSc and PGD students: ₦30,000
– Degree and HND students: ₦22,000, although ₦20,000 is also stated for some categories
– NCE and ND students: ₦18,000
– Persons with disabilities: ₦40,000
