Eligibility Requirements:
To be considered for the Latvia Government Scholarships 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s applicants must have completed at least one academic year at any HEI.
Master’s and PhD applicants must have completed a prior HEI degree program.
The scholarship is awarded for a maximum of two study terms.
