The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced a change in the date for the 2025 Mock Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). Initially scheduled for Saturday, April 5, 2025, the mock exam will now take place on Thursday, April 10, 2025.
According to JAMB, the adjustment was made to ensure thorough preparations and to integrate new innovations aimed at improving the examination process. The board also noted that the change accommodates an increased number of examination centers for the 2025 exercise.
JAMB emphasized that the main UTME remains scheduled to commence on April 25, 2025. In a statement, the examination body highlighted its commitment to adopting global best practices and recent research findings to enhance the effectiveness of the mock examination.
Candidates are advised to await further announcements regarding the printing of their Mock Notification Slip, which will contain details of their designated examination centers.
