The Talenture Group Graduate Trainee 2026 Program is your launchpad into a world of opportunity, challenge, and growth.
We’re looking for driven post-NYSC graduates who are eager to build successful careers in sales, business development, and recruitment consulting.
At Talenture Group, we don’t just hire — we develop exceptional people. Through our structured training and real business exposure, you’ll learn how to manage clients, close deals, and make measurable impact from day one.
Successful candidates will resume in December 2025, ahead of the full 2026 program launch, to gain early onboarding experience and a head start on their career journey.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Business, Marketing, HR, IT, Engineering, etc.)
- Must have completed NYSC
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or any client-facing role
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about growth
- Must reside within or around Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
