VACANCY
JOB TITLE: HR Officer
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL TIME
SECTOR: Mechanical, Electrical, and Construction Firm
SALARY – NEGOTIABLE
JOB LOCATION: PORT HARCOURT
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree or HND in Human Resource and Administration or a relevant field
• CIPM Certification
• Minimum of 2-3 years working experience
• Must have sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Basic knowledge of Labor legislation
• Organization skills
Excellent communication and people skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
• Maintain and update employee records and database
• Prepare reports on HR-related issues.
• Employee Relations and leave management.
• Staff Welfare- HMO etc
• Monitor and maintain Attendance reports
• Manage performance reviews, appraisals, and probationary assessments.
• Identify training needs, develop training plans, schedule sessions, and conduct post-training evaluations.
