*Job Responsibilities:*
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design solutions that align with project requirements, budgets, and timelines. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to bring design visions to life within residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects.
*Requirements:*
– Bachelor’s degree in *Interior Design*, *Architecture*, or related field
– Minimum of *3–5 years* of experience in interior design, preferably within the *construction or real estate* industry
– Proven experience in managing interior design projects from concept to execution
– Proficient in design software: *AutoCAD*, *SketchUp*, *Revit*, *3ds Max*, *Photoshop*, and *Microsoft Office*
– Strong knowledge of *materials*, *furnishings*, *finishes*, and *current design trends*
– Ability to create detailed *2D drawings*, *3D renderings*, and *mood boards*
– Understanding of *construction processes*, timelines, and site coordination
– Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
