Join us at Checkoff Finance as a Front Desk Officer, Salary: 150,000 Net
Location: Asokoro, Abuja
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Welcome/direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first
impression.
* Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
* Handle enquiries effectively and promptly provide accurate information to clients and
visitors
* Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organised
* Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring logbooks
* Issue visitors badge and manage visitor sign-in and sign-out processes
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
* Assist with various administrative tasks
* Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence or packages
* Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
* Coordinate schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring
that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.* Operate copy equipment, printers or other equipment necessary.
* Monitor and ensure the office environment is tidy
* Keep a diary for the name and contacts of all manual labourers and source for new contacts
* Monitor and maintain security protocols, ensuring that only authorised individual’s access
restricted areas
* Assist the Admin. Manager
* Maintain and manage office files and documents
Requirements
•Minimum of HND
•Minimum of 1 year experience as a Front Desk officer
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
•Must have completed NYSC.
•Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
•Tech-savvy with experience in CRM software.
•Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast- paced environment
