Job title: HR Outsourcing Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Salary: N300,000 monthly

We are seeking an On-Air Personality to join our media team.

Key Responsibilities:
• To manage outsourced employees and interns across HR value chain
• Prepare Purchase Requisition schedules and process Purchase Orders on a quarterly basis
• Track and manage Employee performance and issue poor performance letters as required
• Ensure effective onboarding and off boarding implementation
• To carryout recruitment logistics pf outsourced employees
• To carry out investigations with agencies on disciplinary issues and give a report as well as recommend sanctions as appropriate

• To support on special projects and perform other adhoc tasks as assigned

Key Requirements:
• Hnd/Bsc in science, Management or social sciences field
• Minimum of 2years relevant work experience
• Ability to build and maintain good working relationship with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in the use of Ms Excel, Outlook and Zoom
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal and timely feedback
• Ability to cope in a dynamic and fast paced work environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to deal with people in difficult situations
