Position: HR Officer
Location: Ikoyi
Job Type: Full-time
Job summary:
The HR Officer will play a key role in supporting the daily HR functions and managing various HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development and compliance with the company policies. This position involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and assisting in the development of HR policies.
Qualification:
First degree in any social science subject.
2+ years of experience in a similar HR role.
Certification from relevant professional body (CIPMN, PHRI or SHRM) is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of HR policies, Labour laws and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft suite.
