Job Title: Enugu Content Creator / Experience Officer (Pilot Role)
Department: Marketing & Communications
Reports To: Marketing Coordinator, OncoClinics Africa
Location: Enugu (OncoClinics Centre)
Type: Full-time (Pilot Phase – 3 Months)
Salary: Negotiable
Role Purpose: To strengthen OncoClinics’ visibility, storytelling, and community engagement by consistently capturing, curating, and publishing authentic on-ground content that reflects our care philosophy. The role also supports service-experience tracking through the collection of patient and caregiver feedback building digital trust via online reviews and local data.

Core Responsibilities:
A. Content Creation & Storytelling
• Capture photo, video, and written content daily, patient stories (with consent), events, awareness activities, and spontaneous happenings.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to plan weekly content calendars and campaigns.
• Act as the “eyes and ears” of the Marketing Team in Enugu, spotting media-worthy moments and ensuring timely documentation.
B. Digital Coordination
• Upload and archive all captured materials in the shared Media Drive.
• Liaise with vendors or external editors when large-scale edits are needed.
• Participate in monthly content review meetings with the central marketing team.
C. Experience & Feedback Collection
• Politely solicit Google Reviews from patients, caregivers, visitors, and partner staff.
• Curate gratitude notes, handwritten testimonials, or short audio messages (with consent).Maintain and refresh “Gratitude Wall” visuals and storyboards at the centre.
• Report weekly on volume and sentiment of reviews and feedback.
• Ensure patient privacy and ethical standards are respected at all times.
D. Centre Collaboration
• Support awareness programs, community outreaches, and special events with on-site media coverage. • Coordinate with the Centre Manager to schedule interviews or content sessions without disrupting clinical workflow.
• Serve as a local liaison between marketing, operations, and patient-experience teams.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Arts, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven content-creation or social-media experience (healthcare experience preferred).
• Proficient in mobile photo/video capture and basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Express).
• Excellent writing and interpersonal communication.
• Empathetic, observant, and detail-oriented — able to identify compelling human stories.
• Basic understanding of patient confidentiality and consent ethics.
