JOB TITLE-Sales Representative
LOCATION: Arepo(Ogun state)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Responsible for the sales of Lubricant oil in the local market through identifying business opportunities and developing sales strategies to drive business/product growth.
– Build and develop strategies to penetrate and saturate the market with the product
– Identify and secure business opportunities for the organization in the B2B and retail sector
– Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets (generate sales)
– Actively support the marketing team in the implementation of marketing campaigns/activities across Nigeria
– Attending trade shows and exhibitions when required

SKILLS
– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
– Relationship management
– Proficient in sales and marketing techniques
– Proficient in promotional sales techniques
– Excellent selling and negotiation skills
– Good knowledge of MS office packages (Word, Excel & PP)
– Sales and target driven individual with high energy and high levels of perseverance; works towards both individual and team goals
– Persuasive and Tenacious
– High level of commercial acumen

REQUIREMENTS
– HND / B.Sc. or equivalent in Business Administration or related discipline
– Minimum of 3 years experience in sales of engine oil
or related industry
– Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, negotiate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
– Proven ability to drive the end-to-end sales process
