Junior Account Manager

Salary: ₦200,000 NET
Amplify is hiring a Junior Account Manager to support client communication, project coordination, and internal workflow alignment across Strategy, Creative, and Media pods. We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and experienced in agency operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily communication with clients and translate requests into clear briefs
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery
• Maintain project timelines, track progress, and escalate blockers early
• Ensure all deliverables meet Amplify’s quality standards before client submission
• Document feedback, updates, and weekly status reports for each account
Skills & Requirements
• Previous experience in client service or account management (agency experience preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to multitask
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working within a structured pod system.
