Job Description: HR Generalist/HRBP
(Knowledge in Recruitment, Onboarding, Vendor & Contract Management, Manpower Planning)
Job Summary
The HR Generalist supports core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, vendor and contract management, manpower planning, and HR technology integration. The role ensures efficient talent acquisition, strong vendor relationships, and effective workforce planning aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Strategy
Serve as deputy to the Head of HR and support department leadership.
Develop HR strategies, policies, procedures, and dashboards.
Promote innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Ensure alignment of HR initiatives with corporate objectives.
Support systems that monitor and optimize HR and company processes.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all categories (FTE, Contract, Interns, NYSC, Academy).
Coordinate screening, tests, interviews, and candidate communication.
Oversee onboarding and induction for new hires.
Maintain a comprehensive applicant database.
Manage recruitment outsourcing when required.
3. Vendor & Contract Management
Select and assess HR vendors and service providers.
Oversee vendor onboarding, compliance, contract renewals, and performance reviews.
Support integration of vendor systems with HR processes.
4. Manpower Planning
Collaborate with HODs to gather staffing needs and projections.
Analyze manpower requirements and support execution of recruitment plans.
Ensure timely approvals and workforce forecasting.
5. HR Technology & Compliance
Support implementation and use of HR technologies (e.g., SeamlessHR).
Train staff on HR tools and digital processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Support QMS, BCMS, and ISMS audits as a champion/implementer/auditor.
Prepare monthly reports on recruitment, onboarding, vendor management, and manpower metrics.
6. Additional Responsibilities
Support compensation & benefits, performance management, ER/IR, and business operations.
Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.
Facilitate training needs analysis and staff development initiatives.
Recommend improvements based on HR activity reviews.
Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
Minimum of 4-7 years overall HR experience and 3 years in recruitment and workforce planning in a tech space
Proficiency with HRIS (e.g., SeamlessHR).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance frameworks.
Skills & Competencies

HR technology proficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Working Conditions
Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with occasional extended hours or travel is needed.
Hybrid work structure after 1–2 months post-resumption.
