🧾Job Title: Remote HR Assistant
📍Location: Mainland, Lagos.
🅾️Employment Type: Full-time Remote
💰 Salary budget: 100k net + other incentives

*Key Responsibilities:*
– Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and applicant screening
– Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and training sessions and manage team.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
– Support employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events
– Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
– Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
– Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

*Qualifications:*
– BSc. in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 1/2 years of relevant HR/admin experience in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
