About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and oversee the sales operations of our real estate projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong track record in property sales, team leadership, and strategic sales planning.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies for property sales and project launches.

Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

Supervise sales processes from prospecting to closing deals.

Train, mentor, and motivate sales executives for peak performance.

Track sales metrics, prepare periodic reports, and present performance updates to management.

Collaborate with marketing and project teams to optimize sales campaigns.

Ensure excellent customer experience and handle high-level client negotiations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 5–7 years proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Established network and deep understanding of the Lagos real estate market.

Ability to meet high sales targets and manage multiple projects.
