Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Location: Ikoyi Lagos (On-Site)

Job Summary
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent for diverse clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent sourcing techniques, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple clients, from job briefing to onboarding.
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using job boards, social media, talent databases, and networking.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks as required.
Prepare and update job descriptions and recruitment materials.
Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain internal recruitment reports and candidate pipelines.
Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or any related field.
2–4 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Officer, or similar role (preferably in a HR Consulting Firm).
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and multiple clients efficiently.
Good understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and recruitment trends.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is an added advantage.
