We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Project Manager) with a Civil Engineering background to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience up ward in construction project management and possess strong technical and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Project Planning:Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements.
– Site Management:lSupervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.
– Coordination:Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all aspects of the project are executed effectively and products are accurate.
– Budget Management:Monitor project expenditures and ensure projects are completed within budget. Identify and address any financial risks or variances.
– Documentation:Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, and progress updates. Prepare regular status reports.
– Problem-Solving:Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process, including design changes, resource allocation, and unforeseen site conditions
. – Quality Assurance:Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and codes. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience:✅3 years upward of experience in construction project management.Salary 250k Net✅.
