A. ARTISAN VACANCIES

1. Upholsterers (4 Positions)

Responsibilities
• Upholster sofas, chairs, beds, and custom furniture to premium finishing standards
• Handle foam cutting, webbing, sewing, fabric fitting, and finishing
• Work with different fabrics (leather, velvet, linen, suede, etc.)
• Meet production timelines without compromising quality

Requirements
• Proven upholstery experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and neat finishing
• Ability to work with production targets
• Team player and discipline on the factory floor

2. Carpenters / Wood Workers (4 Positions)

Responsibilities
• Construct sofa frames, beds, cabinets, and furniture structures
• Read basic drawings and measurements
• Use woodworking tools and machines safely
• Ensure strong, durable, and accurate builds

Requirements
• Solid experience in furniture carpentry
• Good understanding of measurements and joints
• Ability to work independently and with a team

3. Furniture Sprayer (1 Position)

Responsibilities
• Spray wood furniture with smooth, high-quality finishing
• Handle polishing, lacquer, and paint applications
• Maintain consistency in color and texture

Requirements
• Proven experience as a furniture sprayer
• Strong eye for finishing and detailing
• Ability to meet deadlines

4. Furniture Installer / Board Worker (3 Positions)

Responsibilities
• Install wardrobes, kitchens, cabinets, wall panels, and fittings
• Work on-site with accuracy and minimal supervision
• Handle board cutting, edging, and fittings

Requirements
• Experience with furniture installation and board work
• Ability to read measurements and drawings
• Professional conduct on client sites

B. STAFF VACANCIES

1. Project Manager – Furniture & Interior Production

Salary: ₦200,000 / month

Role Summary
Manage furniture and interior projects from brief to production, delivery, and installation.

Responsibilities
• Translate client briefs into production plans
• Coordinate factory, installers, and logistics
• Track timelines, costs, and deliverables
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines

Requirements
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Experience managing production or interior projects
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

2. Marketing Manager

Salary: ₦250,000 / month

Responsibilities
• Lead content creation and marketing strategy
• Manage social media, campaigns, and brand positioning
• Drive leads and brand visibility
• Coordinate content creators and designers

Requirements
• Proven experience in digital marketing and content strategy
• Strong understanding of Instagram and visual branding
• Results-driven mindset

3. Head of Sales (Strategic & Offline)

Salary: ₦300,000 / month + commission (when targets are met)

Responsibilities
• Lead sales strategy (offline, corporate, partnerships)
• Manage sales team and showroom performance
• Build relationships with architects, developers, and corporate clients
• Drive revenue growth

Requirements
• Strong sales leadership experience
• Experience in furniture, interiors, or high-ticket sales preferred
• Strategic and performance-driven

4. Admin Assistants (2 Positions)

Salary: ₦80,000 – ₦100,000 / month

Responsibilities
• Support factory and showroom administration
• Handle documentation, staff records, and daily admin tasks
• Assist with coordination and reporting

Requirements
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills

5. Assistant Production Manager – Upholstery Division

Salary: ₦200,000 / month

Responsibilities
• Supervise upholsterers and daily production activities
• Ensure quality and timely delivery
• Report production progress

Requirements
• Strong upholstery background
• Leadership and supervision experience

6. Assistant Production Manager – Carpentry Division

Salary: ₦200,000 / month

Responsibilities
• Oversee carpentry production team
• Ensure accuracy, durability, and timelines
• Coordinate with project managers

Requirements
• Strong carpentry and furniture production experience
• Leadership skills

7. Assistant Quality Control Supervisor

Salary: ₦150,000 / month

Responsibilities
• Inspect furniture quality at different production stages
• Ensure finishing meets LuxChairs standards
• Flag defects and ensure corrections

Requirements
• Strong eye for detail
• Furniture production experience preferred

8. Sales Representative (Digital & Walk-ins)

Salary: Competitive + commission

Responsibilities
• Handle walk-in and online inquiries
• Follow up leads and close sales
• Maintain client relationships

Requirements
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Experience in sales preferred

9. Creative Content Creator

Salary: ₦200,000 / month

Responsibilities
• Create photo, video, and behind-the-scenes content
• Work with marketing team to grow brand presence
• Cover showroom, factory, and installations

Requirements
• Strong content creation skills (video/photo)
• Understanding of Instagram and storytelling
