Role: Short-let Portfolio Manager
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Work mode: On-site
Budget: 300,000 monthly gross salary + commission on bookings.
We are looking for a highly organised and commercially savvy Short-Let Portfolio Manager to lead our new Short-Let division.
Responsibilities:
* Strategic Sourcing: Identify, vet, and onboard high-end Short-Let partners in key Lagos hubs (Ikoyi, VI, Lekki).
* Quality Assurance: Conduct physical inspections of partner units to ensure they meet our brand’s luxury and security benchmarks.
* Booking Management: Oversee the full booking cycle: inquiry → payment → check-in coordination → post-stay feedback.
* Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for any guest complaints or operational issues during a stay.
* Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date catalogue of partner properties, including high-quality photos, amenities, and real-time availability.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of direct experience in Short-Let management, Airbnb hosting, or Hospitality Operations within Lagos.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate with vendors and convince high-net-worth clients.
* Location: Must reside around the Island (Lagos Island, Yaba, Lekki, Ajah & surrounding areas)
* Detail Oriented: You notice the small things, from a dusty shelf in a partner’s apartment to a typo in a client invoice.
* Trustworthy: You will be handling significant financial transactions and sensitive client data.
