WE ARE HIRING: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

A reputable Security Company is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources (HR) Professional to join its team.

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Reporting Line: Managing Director (MD)

Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions of the company, ensuring effective people management, compliance with labor laws, and alignment of HR strategies with business objectives. The role reports directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with organizational goals
Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Oversee payroll, staff welfare, disciplinary processes, and training & development
Serve as a strategic HR partner to management and provide advisory support to the MD
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular HR reports

Requirements:

Must be a chartered HR professional (CIPM or equivalent)
Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as an HR professional
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion
