Job Title: HR Executive
Location: V.I Lagos
Salary: ₦500,000 Net Monthly
Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the full HR lifecycle across our corporate office and nationwide retail outlets. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, people-focused, and experienced in fast-paced retail or service-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and documentation
• Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates
• Coordinate staff confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits
• Support performance management, appraisals, and disciplinary processes
• Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave administration
• Liaise with third-party vendors (outsourcing firms, background checks, HMOs, uniforms, etc.)
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Provide HR support to outlet managers and corporate teams
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
• Minimum of 4–6 years’ HR experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or FMCG
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to multitask
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
