Hiring: Real Estate Photographer

Location: Abuja

Role Overview
We’re seeking a full-time Real Estate Photographer who can consistently deliver sharp, well-composed real estate images and short property videos. This is a dedicated role with regular shoots.

Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned properties across Lagos (and occasionally surrounding areas) for scheduled photo and video shoots.
Capture real-estate style photography: wide interior shots, exteriors, details, amenities, and lifestyle angles.
Shoot short property walkthrough videos suitable for web and social media.
Ensure all photos are straight, well-lit, and framed to highlight space, not clutter.
Perform basic editing (color correction, cropping, straightening, exposure, etc.) and deliver final files in
required formats and resolutions.
Upload and organize files in shared folders (Google Drive/Dropbox) with correct naming conventions.
Work with the media/operations team to reshoot or improve content where necessary.
Maintain all photography and video equipment in good working condition.
Arrive on time to shoots and communicate any delays or issues in advance.

Requirements
Proven experience in real estate photography (short-lets, apartments, homes, hotels, or commercial
spaces).
Strong portfolio of real estate or architecture/interior work (link required in application).
Must own a professional camera (DSLR or mirrorless) and basic lenses suitable for interiors (wide-angle
lens is a strong plus).
Must have a reliable car or personal transportation to move between locations.
Solid understanding of composition, natural and artificial lighting, and how to make spaces look spacious
and inviting.
Basic video shooting skills (smooth handheld or gimbal work is a plus).
Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Lightroom, Capture One, or similar)is a plus.
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple shoots per day.
Professional attitude on-site with hosts, property managers, and guests.
