Job Title: Content Creator & Social Media Manager (Remote)

* Location: Fully Remote
* Salary: ₦300,000 per month
* Contract: 3-month probation
Full-time role after probation based on performance

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager who can own our social media presence and deliver results from day one.
This role combines content creation, strategy, and performance. If you live and breathe TikTok, understand how to make data visual and engaging, and can consistently create content that performs, this role is for you.

Platforms You’ll Manage:
* TikTok
* Instagram
* X (formerly Twitter)

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
* Creating high-performing content for TikTok, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter)
* Developing and executing a monthly social media content plan across all platforms
* Turning data and insights into clear, visual, easy-to-understand content
* Ideating, scripting, filming, and editing content (where applicable)
* Monitoring performance and iterating based on what works
* Growing engagement, reach, and brand awareness consistently
* Delivering noticeable impact from the first week

What We’re Looking For:
* Proven ability to create TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter content that gets strong engagement and reach
* Strong creative thinking and originality
* Ability to visualise information and data in a way that works on social media
* Experience managing multiple social platforms
* Strong understanding of trends, formats, and storytelling on TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter
* Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
* Ability to plan, execute, and deliver without micromanagement
Having experience creating data-driven or insight-based content is a big plus, but creativity matters most.

Tools & Skills:
* Canva, CapCut, or similar editing/design tools
* Basic analytics understanding to track performance and improve results
