Job Title – Executive Assistant
Job Type – Remote
Salary – ₦200, 000 (net)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, managing schedules, handling communications, and providing strategic administrative support. Key Responsibilities
Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of leadership.
Oversee office administration and ensure efficient workflow.
Assist with project coordination, event planning, and donor engagement.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Support fundraising and partnership initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, law, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
Passion for entrepreneurship and social impact in Africa.
Experience working in an NGO or international organization is a plus.
