Job Title: HR Consultant
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Work Mode: Hybrid
Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000
Role Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Consultant with a strong background in consulting to provide both strategic and operational HR advisory services to a diverse client base. The role involves designing and implementing HR policies, supporting talent management, ensuring compliance, and delivering people-focused solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR advisory and consulting support to clients
* Develop and implement HR policies and frameworks
* Support talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
* Conduct HR audits and deliver improvement recommendations
* Facilitate HR trainings and workshops
Requirements:
* Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
* 4–7 years of HR experience, with proven experience in HR consulting
* Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* HR certification (CIPM/SHRM) is an advantage
