About the Role
The Chief of Staff will act as a key advisor and operational partner to executive leadership, ensuring seamless execution of strategic priorities and business objectives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
– Translate executive strategy into actionable plans
– Drive and monitor key organizational initiatives
– Prepare executive reports, briefings, and presentations
– Coordinate leadership meetings and governance activities
– Ensure cross-functional alignment and execution
– Track deliverables and ensure timely follow-up
– Support special projects and transformation initiatives
– Provide insights on market trends and business opportunities

Requirements
– 8–10 years’ relevant experience in strategy, consulting, or executive support roles
– Prior experience supporting senior/C-suite executives
– Strong project management and leadership capabilities
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
– Law firm or professional services experience is an advantage
– MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
