We are hiring: Head of Operations
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Salary: ₦700,000 monthly
We are seeking a hands-on Head of Operations to oversee daily operations, rider and vendor-partner management, campaign delivery, asset control, compliance, and overall operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
5–8 years’ experience in operations management
Experience in logistics, mobility, advertising, or tech-enabled operations is an added advantage
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
