Location: Various Locations/ Nigeria
Salary: 650,000 NET
Reporting Line: Executive Director

Are you a strategic and results-driven professional with strong leadership and operational management experience? Join our team as a Business Manager and play a key role in driving business growth, operational excellence, and team performance.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
* Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
* Manage budgets, financial reports, and operational KPIs
* Lead and coordinate team activities for optimal performance
* Identify and drive process improvements for efficiency
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
* Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business management role
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in strategic planning and execution
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Telecom industry experience and regulatory knowledge is an advantage
