Vacancy: HR Officer (multiple slots)

We are a leading multi-sector conglomerate with operations across Nigeria. We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalists to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidates will support recruitment, employee records, and day-to-day HR operations within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs across the Group
– Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
– Manage new hire onboarding, induction, and documentation
– Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
– Track staff attendance, leave, and other HR operational records
– Provide first-level support on employee relations and general staff queries
– Assist in coordinating performance management processes and timelines
– Support training and development activities, including logistics and attendance tracking
– Prepare HR correspondence, letters, and reports as required
– Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies in day-to-day operations

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2–3 years relevant HR experience
Knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
CIPM or similar HR certification (in progress) is a plus
Ability to handle confidential information
