Hiring: EVENTS & VENDOR OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
Location: Hybrid, largely Lagos-based
Type: Full-time contract
Period: October – December 2026
You will support the planning, logistics and vendor coordination for the whole tournament, working alongside the rest of the Touchline team from the build-up through to event day.
What You Will Do
– Support planning and logistics for the whole tournament.
– Source, brief and coordinate vendors, including security, medical, staging, sound, seating and power.
– Keep the vendor schedule, site plan and run sheet up to date.
– Oversee event setup and make sure everything is in place on the day.
– Support the wider team on the day so the event runs smoothly.
What You Bring
– A completed university degree. 18+ and based in Lagos.
– Experience planning or running large events.
– Organised, confident and calm under pressure. Clear, reliable communication with vendors and the team.
NICE TO HAVE
– Experience with sports or outdoor events.
– A passion for football.
