Job Description
Are you ready to move beyond rote learning and become an agent of change in the classroom? We call our teachers Co-learners because we believe in facilitating discovery, not dictating knowledge. As a Trainee Co-learner, you will undergo intensive training in our globally recognized Project-Based Learning (PBL) methodology that blends academic rigor with real-world problem-solving. You will:
- Mentor small, multi-age groups of students (from 18 months to 18 years) through inquiry-driven, interdisciplinary projects.
- Design engaging, culturally relevant curriculum that develops critical thinking, creativity, and leadership skills.
- Collaborate with a team of innovative educators and external subject matter experts to bring projects to life.
- Champion a culture of curiosity, student ownership, and continuous self-reflection.
Required Skills:
- A genuine passion for education reform and democratizing access to 21st-century skills.
- Exceptional adaptability and a willingness to embrace a fast-paced, hands-on learning environment.
- Strong communication and mentorship skills (ability to inspire, listen, and guide).
- High emotional intelligence and deep empathy for student and team needs.
- A relevant university degree (Education, Sciences, Arts, etc.). No formal teaching experience is required—just a commitment to our innovative approach.
