Your core responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop, forecast, and manage annual budgets, capital expenditure, and long-term financial models to support national growth.
• Cash Flow and Treasury Management: Optimize liquidity and financial controls to sustain operational efficiency in a dynamic economic environment.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure meticulous adherence to all regulatory requirements and prepare accurate, insightful financial reports for the board and external stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement technology-driven efficiencies in accounting, payroll, and financial operations.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar role (preferably within a fast-growing social enterprise or education/tech company).
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, cash flow management, and Nigerian tax/regulatory compliance.
• A professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or similar) is highly desirable.
• High proficiency with ERP systems and advanced financial analysis tools (e.g., strong Excel/data analysis skills).
• Exceptional integrity, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance teams.
