Job Description
Job Title: Compliance Officer
Experience: 3–5 years
Sector: Fintech
We are looking to hire a Compliance Officer to join our growing fintech team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in KYC, AML/CFT, and transaction monitoring within the banking or financial sector. A background or basic knowledge of law or regulatory frameworks will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct transaction reviews, risk assessments, and investigations.
• Ensure full compliance with CBN, NFIU, and other regulatory standards both in Nigeria and abroad.
• Work closely with teams to foster a strong compliance culture.
Requirements:
• Experience working in a bank.
• Experience in fintech or financial institutions.
• Sound understanding of AML/KYC processes.
