A Real Estate company located in Sangotedo is recruiting a *Social Media Manager*

* Location: Sangotedo

* ⁠Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays

* Salary Budget: 100k monthly net plus other incentives

Job Responsibilities

* Manage daily posting, monitoring, and responding to comments/messages.

* ⁠Develop and implement creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)

* Create, curate, and manage engaging content (images, videos, graphics, and copy) tailored for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).

* Collaborate with the sales and property listing teams to promote available properties, open houses, events, and investment opportunities.

* Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.

* Manage paid advertising campaigns on social platforms to generate leads and boost conversions.

* Engage with followers, respond to inquiries promptly, and foster an active online community.

Requirements:

* HND/BA/BSC in related fields

* At least 2/3 years of prior experience in a previous role

* Good leadership and communication Skills

* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills tailored to different audiences.

* Knowledge of paid social advertising, SEO, and digital lead generation.

* Ability to create and edit basic visual content (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).

* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.

* Must know how to use design tools and have knowledge of content creation
