We are looking for a Construction Site Manager (Site Engineer) to lead all on-site activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification and serve as the on-ground representative of the organization.

*Job Responsibilities*

• Plan, direct, and oversee daily construction activities, ensuring that all work aligns with approved drawings, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

• Manage site operations in shifts to guarantee uninterrupted progress, maintaining supervision and productivity across all working hours.

• Organize and monitor the work of construction crews and subcontractors. Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure that workmanship meets design and safety standards.

• Collaborate with the Procurement and Equipment Managers to make sure all required materials, tools, and machinery are available on-site as scheduled. Anticipate needs to prevent delays and keep the workflow steady.

• Maintain accurate site diaries, progress logs, and daily reports. Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on site activities and resource utilization.

*Requirements:*

✨Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Professional certifications (COREN, PMP, CIOB) are an advantage

✨ 5+ years experience in construction site supervision or management within real estate or civil engineering projects.

✨ Strong technical proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

✨ Proven leadership and coordination skills with the ability to direct multi-disciplinary site teams and subcontractors and Excellent communication and reporting skills.

✨Certification in Health & Safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) preferred.

✨ Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends or night shifts, as required by project timelines.
