Description:

  • We are seeking to employ a highly professional and efficient Front Desk Officer to join their team at the Ijora, Lagos Office. The Front Desk Officer will serve as the initial point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and providing efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Promptly and accurately answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Provide information about the company’s services, facilities, and policies to visitors.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from clients and visitors promptly and effectively
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and office supply management.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of visitor and staff information.
  • Record and maintain visitor logs and reports.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support office operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Officer or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
