💼 Job Title: Content Creator/Video Editor
📍 Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
🧑🏽 Gender: Female only
💰 Compensation: 150k monthly net plus other incentives
🏪 Work Schedule: Onsite (Mondays to Fridays)

🗂 Key Responsibilities:

* Capture, edit, and produce high-quality videos and photos of properties, events, and client stories.
* Develop creative concepts for marketing and social media campaigns.
* Create, curate, and manage engaging content (images, videos, graphics, and copy) tailored for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
* Collaborate with the sales and property listing teams to promote available properties, open houses, events, and investment opportunities.

🎯 Requirements:

✨ HND/BA/BSC in related fields
✨ 2 years of experience as a video editor, content creator, or similar role (experience in real estate or lifestyle content is an advantage).
✨Must know how to use design tools and know about content creation.

💡 Key Skills:
✨ Good leadership and communication Skills
✨ Excellent knowledge of photography, lighting, and camera handling
✨Ability to create and edit basic visual content (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).
✨Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
