JOB ADVERTISEMENT – SALES EXECUTIVES
Position: Sales Executive
Location: LAGOS
Salary: 200,000 Gross (Excluding Commission)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Hybrid
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving set revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities
• Promote and sell company products/services to prospective clients
• Conduct cold calling both electronically and through physical visits
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide timely reports on sales activities and performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up
Requirements
• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 1–3 years sales experience (preferably in FMCG, Retail, aphrodisiac ,Generator , Real-Estate or related industry)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Must be self-driven, confident, and results-oriented
