Business Development & Growth Specialist
Location: Ikeja, Lagos & Abuja
Work Mode: Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid ads.
2. Manage company social media accounts, ensuring engaging and consistent content.
3. Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement using analytics tools.
4. Create and optimize content for digital platforms.
5. Plan and manage the budget for digital campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
6. Conduct traditional marketing and attend event, seminar to attract leads.
7. Collaborate with the sales and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Sales Executive, Digital Marketer, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Analytics platforms).
4. Strong knowledge of social media trends and online engagement strategies.
5. Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Salary: #150,000 plus commission
