Job Title: Freelance Recruiter
Location: Lagos
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring needs on a project-by-project basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates across various roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS tools is an advantage.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results under minimal supervision.
