📍Location: Ikeja, Lagos
🧑🏽: Male only
👨🏾🏭Work mode: 6 days a week.
💰Benefits:
• ₦500,000–₦600,000 monthly
• 13th-month salary
*Responsibilities:*
• Oversee day-to-day mall operations and staff performance.
• Implement structure, SOPs, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
• Resolve operational challenges proactively.
• Maintain service quality, customer satisfaction, and facility upkeep.
• Report directly to the General Manager.
*Requirements:*
✨ BSC/BA in a related field.
✨ 5/8 years’ experience in retail, shopping mall management only.
✨ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✨ Must be proactive, practical, and capable of working with little supervision.
