Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
Work Mode: Full-time, Onsite

About the Company:
Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Nigeria, is seeking a skilled Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to support business operations and drive people-focused strategies.

Job Summary:
The HRBP will be responsible for analyzing business and people priorities, implementing HR strategies to enhance performance, managing recruitment, overseeing performance appraisals, assessing training needs, ensuring policy compliance, and developing staff welfare programs to improve overall employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze business and people priorities within designated functional areas to provide HR support aligned with organizational goals.
* Implement effective HR strategies, plans, initiatives, and solutions to drive high performance.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process in collaboration with functional business units.
* Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems to promote a high-performance culture.
* Assess training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for business units.
* Ensure employees understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
* Develop and obtain approval for staff welfare plans and initiatives to enhance working conditions and employee engagement.

Requirements:

* First Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Industrial and Employment Relations, or related discipline.
* Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, etc., is an advantage.
* Minimum of 5 years’ relevant HR experience in a well-structured organization, preferably in manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of all HR functional areas and Nigerian Employment and Labour Laws.
