Job Description
Job Update: People and Operations Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos (onsite, with possible hybrid arrangement)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 per month
Responsibilities:
– Supervise staff activities across departments
– Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment
– Ensure discipline, punctuality, and performance standards
– Monitor operations and ensure timely task completion
– Serve as staff-management liaison
– Conduct routine checks and submit weekly reports
– Support onboarding and internal communication
– Drive execution, accountability, and team efficiency
Requirements:
– Relevant degree (HR, Business Admin, or related field)
– 3-4 years of experience in operations management
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Experience in a fast-paced environment
– Preference given to candidates residing in Mainland Lagos
