*JOB SUMMARY*
Seeking a dynamic Sales Associate with expertise in sales, social media trend awareness, and consumer behavior insights. Engage leads from social media, manage Facebook and Instagram ads, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
*Sales & Lead Conversion*
– Engage and follow up with leads from social media, ads, and inquiries.
– Conduct sales presentations and product demos via calls, chats, and video.
– Build relationships, overcome objections, and close deals.
– Maintain a lead pipeline with Google Sheets or CRM tools.
*Digital & Social Media*
– Run Facebook and Instagram Ads to generate leads.
– Implement social media strategies and collaborate to optimize campaigns.
– Provide feedback on trends, market behavior, and customer interests.
*Collaboration & Reporting*
– Work with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.
– Prepare reports on sales performance and ad results.
– Participate in brainstorming for sales and growth strategies.

– Strong negotiation and closing skills.
– Ability to build trust quickly.
– Motivated and target-driven.
*Digital & Social Media Skills*
– Understanding of social media platforms and trends.
– Ability to run Facebook and Instagram promotions.
– Familiarity with digital communication tools.
*Professional Skills*
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Tech-savvy with knowledge of Google Sheets and CRM tools.
*QUALIFICATIONS*
– BSc in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– 1–3 years experience in sales or digital marketing.
– Experience running Facebook/Instagram ads required or willingness to learn.
– Prior experience in a hybrid or remote sales role is a plus.
