Job Title: ICT Officer Avila Hmo
Department: Operations / Administration
Location: Abuja
Reports To: Head of Operations / MD
Job summary
The ICT Officer manages the company’s IT systems, HMO database, networks, and digital platforms to ensure smooth operations. The role provides technical support, ensures data security, maintains ICT equipment, and supports staff across all departments.
Key Duties:
Maintain systems, networks, and internet.
Manage HMO software and enrollee database.
Ensure data security and backups.
Update website, emails, and digital tools.
Provide IT support and basic staff training.
Keep ICT inventory and prepare ICT reports.
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science/IT.
2+ years ICT support experience (HMO advantage).
Strong troubleshooting and systems knowledge.
Good communication and attention to detail.
