Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE (HMO)
Location: Abuja
Reports to: Sales/Business Development Manager
Summary
Responsible for selling HMO health plans, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Market and sell HMO plans to individuals and corporate clients.
Prospect, follow up on leads, and meet monthly sales targets.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
Maintain good relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
Represent the company at marketing events and outreaches.
Requirements
OND/HND/BSc in any field.
Experience in sales (HMO/Insurance is an advantage).
Good communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
Target-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
