- OPPO Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Supervisor to join our growing team in Ogba.
- The HR Supervisor will oversee employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- This role will also support recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and performance management while serving as a key link between the organization and outsourcing agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in fostering a healthy employee experience and a culture that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, conducting fair and objective investigations.
- Liaise with outsourcing agencies for contract processing related to promotions, transfers, and new hires.
- Collate and process monthly payroll schedules for regional employees.
- Compile bi-weekly and monthly promoters’ sales reports from the DMS platform.
- Maintain and update staff databases and personnel files.
- Handle complex employee relations matters and grievances in line with company policy.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Experience working with outsourcing agencies and handling employee documentation.
- Proficiency in HR software tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
