Job Title: Customer Service Personnel
Industry: Fashion/Retail
Location: Lagos Island (CMS)
Work Mode: Onsite
Salary Range: ₦70,000 – ₦80,000
Key Responsibilities
– Welcome and respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via walk-ins or any other platforms.
– Assist customers with product selection, sizing, styling advice, and order processing.
– Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
– Process sales transactions accurately and assist with basic inventory tracking.
Requirements
– Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
– 1–3 years experience in customer service or retail (fashion retail experience is an advantage).
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Customer-focused, polite, and well-presented.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
– Must reside on Lagos Island or in close proximity.
