Job Description
Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: ₦300,000 monthly
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes.
* Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
* Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
* Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company standards.
* Handle payroll coordination, benefits administration, and personnel documentation.
* Support the management with workforce planning and organizational development.
* Drive staff engagement, training, and development initiatives.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
* Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
